Description:
This position is based in Brussels, Belgium. The specialist works on
the front line supporting our fast-growing customer base in the use of
TRADOS technology. Use expert customer relationship skills,
negotiation and conflict management, research experience, and process
management expertise to provide complete and timely follow-up to
customer issues. Primary responsibilities include providing technical
support for customer service delivery and availability, while ensuring
satisfaction with TRADOS software on both client and server. Determine
the best approach for resolving technical issues that will yield the
desired turn-around time and optimal customer solution. Decisions
include when to involve Critical Problem Resolution team in gaining
resolution to critical, complex issues.
What does the position involve?
As part of our support team, you will:
-Provide technical support to customers
-Train customers in the use of TRADOS products
-Develop training materials
-Support and train our sales staff
Qualifications
Your profile:
-Fluency in Dutch, French, English
-Degree in translation, languages or computational linguistics
-Great communication skills
-Good knowledge of common file formats (RTF, HTML, XML, ...)
-Experience with computer-aided translation is an asset
