The Editorial Board of Teachers College, Columbia University Working
Papers in TESOL & Applied Linguistics is pleased to announce that the
Spring 2004 issue is now available on-line at

assessment, b) a forum with eleven commentaries on the comparative
fallacy in second language research, and c) a book review. In
