Meeting Description:
The Workshop is planned in connection with the publication of the HANDBOOK
OF WORD-FORMATION (Kluwer, 2005) and its aim is to bring together
specialists in the field and to provide space for an informal discussion of
selected problems of word-formation corresponding with selected chapters of
the Handbook. The Workshop organisers therefore invite participants from
various research and educational institutions to take an active part in the
discussion.
The Workshop will be structured around selected themes and the sessions
will be given 60 minutes each, including:
A. 15-minute summary of a chapter by its author
B. 20-minute presentation by a commentator
C. 25-minute informal discussion
