Meeting Description:
REBOL at its heart, is a language which bridges the communications
between humans and heterogeneous computers.
REBOL Collaboration 2004 brings together language experts from around
the globe who have utilized the REBOL language to create new means of
communication.
The key to unlocking the potential of humans facilitated by computers
is an NLP (Natural Language Program) which is adaptive and
communicates succinctly without extra strange computerese characters
which humans find unnatural. A pattern language which expresses
relationships in a field of study allows collaboration, research and
advancement is a tool which experts have sought. REBOL language
implements the computational linguistics which empowers humans and
computers to interact more intelligently.
REBOL is its own meta-language, and thus it can be used to build
itself into new things easier than other languages, whether computer
languages, or human languages. The REBOL language closely models the
way the brain interprets neural messages in context.
