The current circular is issued in order to specify some of the
information included in the previous one. The Conference's Organizing
Committee has decided to release a first list of accepted proposals
after Christmas. The aim is to solve possible difficulties for those
participants who are in need of requesting aids of permissions in their
working places within a certain deadline.
Furthermore, in no case will the authors of the submitted communication
papers exceed the number of two. All of them must be officially
registered in the Conference. Each single participant will present only
one proposal. The participation in the Conference has been widened to
students interested in submitting their researching proposals. They
must be currently in their last year of Degree and they won't, in any
case, represent more than a 10% of all the participants.
The Organizing Committee has created a web page where all the relevant
information about the Conference is being published. The address is
www.uniovi.es/congresofilolog. From now on, all possible doubts will be
solved in this web site. An enrolment form and the number of the
current account in which the correspondent fees will have to be
deposited will soon be included. This enrolment fee is 30 for the
audience and 60 for the participants.
The Organizing Committee.
