The conference is organized under the auspices of the Nordic
Association of Linguists.
The organizing committee will try to organize a session on 'Historical
Linguistics'.
The 22nd Scandinavian Conference of Linguistics
Aalborg, Denmark, June 19-22, 2006
On behalf of Aalborg University and the Faculty of Humanities we are
proud to announce the 22nd Scandinavian Conference of Linguistics
Aalborg, June 19-22, 2006.
-The theme of the conference will be 'Brain, Mind and Language'.
-The conference is organized under the auspices of the Nordic
Association of Linguists.
-The organizing committee will try to organize a session on 'Historical
Linguistics'.
-The programme will (as usual) feature parallel main sessions and
workshops on the last day of the conference.
Abstracts are hereby invited.
Proposals for workshop topics are hereby invited. These will be
considered and announced with the 2nd Call. Those who propose
workshops/topics should be prepared, if approved, to organize them. The
deadline for workshops is indicated below but in order to make it
easier for contributors to categorize their workshop papers, you should
propose workshops as soon as possible.
Deadline for abstracts/workshop topics: February 15, 2006.
Notification of acceptance: March 15, 2006.

When sending your abstract please make sure you include your
name / affiliation / full mailing address / email address
Also indicate what session/workshop you would like your talk to be
considered for (preliminary categories of sessions and workshops will
be announced in January). Abstracts should not extend one A4 page.
