Description:

The Naming Specialist works with the Executive Directors and members of the
Verbal Branding team to provide the creative expertise and excellence that will
lead to successful verbal branding solutions that strategically identify,
address, and solve a client's business problems.  He/she will generate
impactful, innovative, break-through on-strategy names, brand lines, brand
drivers, and other verbal branding deliverables.  He/she will assist clients
with selecting the verbal branding deliverables that deliver against their
business needs and strategies.  He/she will also manage brand names through
trademark, URL, and other legal screening processes, or give guidance to clients
per project scope.  The naming specialist will first help develop and deliver
client proposals and presentations,  assist with initial contact with
prospective clients at senior levels and then analyze and understand their
naming/nomenclature needs.  He/she will present Landor's capabilities in a
professional and articulate manner and play a significant role in crafting and
delivering new business pitches with the senior leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in English, Linguistics,
Liberal Arts, or a related studies.  He/she must have a minimum of 3-5 years of
experience in a corporate environment as a naming consultant or naming
specialist and must have experience with naming and nomenclature strategy and
its relevance in marketing.  He/she will have excellent creative writing skills
and compelling presentation skills.  Mac proficiency; PowerPoint proficiency is
a plus.
