Meeting Description:
We are pleased to announce that ''the 2nd International ELT Conference- ELT
Profession: Challenges and Prospects'' will take place at the Eastern
Mediterranean University on 2nd-5th May 2006 in North Cyprus hosted by the
Department of English Language Teaching, Faculty of Education.
We believe that the conference will provide access to distinguished experts in
the field of TEFL and linguistics. The 2nd International ELT Conference will
surely offer varied opportunities for discussion and sharing of ideas to promote
the development of and research into the practice and theory of English language
education.
The primary focus of this conference is to give scholars of TEFL/TESL, and
linguistics to meet and exchange the results of their research activities; thus,
contributing to the understanding and discussion of the current research trends
in TEFL and linguistics.
The conference covers but not limited to the following areas:
