================================================================

The LINGUIST List strongly encourages employers to use
non-discriminatory standards in hiring policy. In particular we urge
that employers do not discriminate on the grounds of race, ethnicity,
nationality, age, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. However, we
have no means of enforcing these standards.

Job seekers should pay special attention to language in ads regarding
employment requirements and are encouraged to consult our international
employment page http://linguistlist.org/jobs/jobnet.html. This page has been set
up so that people can report on the employment standards of various countries.

Responsibilities:
Interacting with most websites is a frustrating experience. You know what
you want to do, but you have to figure out what links to follow, or what
keywords to type, in order to accomplish your goals. Wouldn't it be nice
if you could simply state your goal - in plain language - and the site
would provide a response custom-tailored to your particular request?
Right now, InQuira's products are already good at doing exactly that. We
have solid, patented technology, a long list of Fortune 500 customers, and
an impressive set of investors, all of whom tell us that we're the best in
the business.

With your help, we can be even better. If you join us, you will help us to
improve the ability of our products to analyze and respond to natural

what you learn. You will work directly with smart people in engineering,
professional services, and with our integration partners. We are
fundamentally changing the way that people interact with businesses through
the web; you can be a player in this revolution.
