Description:
The primary area of specialization is phonetic variation, with a concentration
in sociolinguistics and/or second language acquisition. The successful
candidate should have experience in instrumental phonetic analysis and
laboratory phonology. In addition to teaching in our MA programme in
Theoretical and Applied Linguistics and supervising graduate student research,
the successful applicant will take an active role in developing and implementing
