behavioral science.

4.  Ability to communicate orally and in writing to the scientific community and
individuals at all levels in order to explain and promote program policies.
5.  Ability to organize review panels and other activities.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Appointment to the position is contingent upon
successful completion of a background investigation.  Satisfactory completion of
a one-year trial period may also be required.
