Subject: IELTS Assessments of English Competency
We found out that some Chinese IELTS test takers obtained a particular
score but did not meet the corresponding CAN DO standards in real-life
situations.
We know the IELTS tests were not forged (can be checked easily through
www.ielts.org).
So we are left with the following question:
How do Chinese students manage to obtain IELTS test scores which do not
match their level of English?
