Description:
The Center for Language and Cognition Groningen (CLCG) announces two
PhD-positions in Theoretical Syntax. The successful applicants will carry
out research, resulting in a PhD-dissertation, within the NWO-funded
project 'Dependency in Universal Grammar', supervised by Jan-Wouter Zwart.
We are looking for applicants with a keen interest in both minimalist
syntactic theory and morphosyntactic typology.
We offer a salary, a stimulating environment, and participation in the
Landelijke Onderzoeksschool Taalwetenschap (LOT) which organizes the LOT
Summer/Winter School graduate courses.
