Ken Adams, adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School
and a widely published author on contract drafting, has posted on his blog,
at www.adamsdrafting.com, an entry regarding a question he's long had
regarding appropriate verb use in one category of contract language. If you
have any views on the question he asks in his blog entry, I encourage you to
post a comment.
