Meeting Description: 

The 26th Annual Siouan and Caddoan Languages Conference will be held at Rocky Mountain College, Billings, Montana, June 16-18, 2006, followed by the Comparative Siouan Grammar Workshop, June 18-21, at the same location. 

Abstract/Title Deadline:June 9, 2006.  If you wish to be on the program, please send the title of your paper to rgraczyk at aol.com by e-mail, or to: Randolph Graczyk, PO Box 29, Pryor, MT  59066.  A brief abstract or description of your topic would also be appreciated.

The format for the conference is quite informal.  Siouan and Caddoan language-related topics ranging from technical linguistics to presentations about language teaching, language revitalization, etc. are all welcome.  Presentations are 30 minutes unless more or less time is requested.
Registration fee: $10, $5 for students.  Lodging and food service will be available on campus at Rocky Mountain College.  For more information contact Randy Graczyk.  

The conference will be followed by a Comparative Siouan Grammar Workshop June 18-21 at the same location.  Participants will examine particular morphosyntactic categories across the various subgroups and languages.
