Submission
Prospective authors are invited to submit papers for oral presentation in
any of the areas listed above. Only full papers in English will be accepted,
and the length of the paper should not exceed 10 pages (5000 words).
Instructions for preparing the manuscript (in Word and Latex format) are
available at the ICEIS web site. Postscript/RTF versions of the manuscript
should be submitted through the ICEIS web-based paper submission
procedure (http://www.iceis.org/paper_submission.htm).

Format
The workshop will comprise an invited talk by Yorick Wilks and oral presentations of accepted papers having gone through a double peer review process. The proceedings of the workshop will be published in the form of a book and as CD-ROM.

The workshop will take place in Funchal (Madeira - Portugal) in conjunction with the International Conference on Enterprise Information Systems (ICEIS, http://www.iceis.org), organized by the Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information, Control and Communication (INSTICC).

SLUM, the Society of Linguistics Undergraduates of McGill, is hosting the first annual McGill's Canadian Conference for Linguistics Undergraduates (McCCLU).
L'Association étudiante de linguistique à l'Université McGill vous présente son premier Colloque Canadien de Linguistique au Premier Cycle à McGill.
The Society of Linguistics Undergraduates of McGill (SLUM) is currently accepting submissions for the 1st Annual McGill Canadian Conference for Linguistics Undergraduates (McCCLU). Due to popular interest, McCCLU will now be accepting abstracts from undergraduate students studying at any Canadian, American, or international university. Interested students are encouraged to submit an abstract, in English or in French, for a 20-minute talk with a 10-minute question period on any topic pertaining to linguistics. Students whose abstracts are not accepted as talks may be given the opportunity to display their work at a poster session (details to be provided). Abstracts should be maximum one-page in length and should be submitted online to abstracts at mccclu.ca by Monday February 26th.
L'Association étudiante de linguistique à l'Université McGill accepte maintenant des propositions de communication pour le premier Colloque Canadien de Linguistique au Premier Cycle à McGill (McCCLU). Dû à l'intérêt populaire, nous acceptons maintenant des propositions de communication de la part d'étudiants de premier cycle en provenance de n'importe qu'elle université canadienne, américaine ou internationale. Les étudiants intéressés sont encouragés à envoyer une proposition de communication, en français ou en anglais, pour une présentation de 20 minutes avec une période de discussion de 10 minutes sur n'importe quel sujet en linguistique. Les étudiants dont les propositions de communication ne seront pas acceptées en tant que présentations pourront éventuellement avoir l'opportunité de présenter leur recherche lors d'une session 'poster' (détails à venir).
