Meeting Description:
Agder University College hosts a conference on language planning in Kristiansand
1-3 November 2007. The conference opens at 1 PM on Thursday, and it closes about
lunch time on Saturday
The conference is aimed at researchers who are interested in language planning,
persons affiliated with language planning institutions (i.e. language councils),
text producers in media and publishing houses, teachers and others interested in
language, language planning and cultivation.

This Year the LINGUIST List hopes to raise $55,000. This money will go to help keep the
List running by supporting all of our Student Editors for the coming year.
