The University of Maryland Department of Linguistics is pleased to announce
the release of Volume 16 of UMWPiL: the University of Maryland Working
Papers in Linguistics.
UMWPiL 16 contains papers on a wide range of topics in syntax, as well as
lexical and sentence processing. Papers treat data and phenomena from a
number of languages, including Hindu/Urdu, Korean, Appalachian English, and
Turkish. A table of contents is given below.
