Call Deadline: 15-Dec-2007 

Samara AltLinguo extends the deadline for the call for papers for its
e-journal second issue. The second issue of our e-journal is dedicated to
the study of political and mass-media discourse, and narratology in the
mass media. Invited topics include (but are not limited to):

- political discourse and political linguistics;
- mass media discourse;
- political language and communication;
- language and the mass media;
- relations between politics and mass media as reflected in/through
language/texts;
- narratology (in relation to the mass media preferably, as opposed to
narrative in fiction and film).

We also accept brief notes and reactions to papers published in the
previous issue of SAL e-journal.
