The short text, ''The right of the deaf child to grow up bilingual'',
written a few years ago and published in several journals, including Sign
Language Studies and Deaf Worlds, is now available in 30 different language
versions on my web site: www.francoisgrosjean.ch. Many of the  translations
were obtained in collaboration with the Signs of Literacy (SOL) project at
Gallaudet University (Dr. Carol Erting, Director). Thank you for letting
