The research group ''Intercultural Studies (English-Spanish): Pragmatic and
Discourse Issues'' is pleased to announce the celebration of the 3rd
International Symposium on Intercultural, Cognitive and Social Pragmatics (20-22
February 2008). This edition is dedicated to the topic ''Intercultural
Pragmatics and Language Teaching''.
The Symposium will take place at Pablo de Olavide University (Seville, Spain)
and will be honoured with the participation of Dr Helen Spencer-Oatey and Dr Mª
Victoria Escandell Vidal as plenary speakers, as well as the participation of
