Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Linguistics required, MS degree advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of syntactic rules and features
- Experience in quantitative analysis and data handling
- Solid problem-solving and practical reasoning skills
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of programming and scripting languages a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development, analysis, and support of grammar engine rules for English
(other languages a plus)
- Technical writing concerning grammar, spelling, proofing tools
- Assisting with other linguistic research projects
- Product planning for new product versions and product maintenance
- Linguistic Data and annotation related work and efforts
