Description:
The department of English Education at Sangmyung University in Seoul, Korea
invites a full time instructor in a tenure track position. M.A. is required
in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field of study.
Academic Responsibilities: Advise undergraduate and graduate students.
Teach three to four courses per semester in the TESOL Program and the
department of English education in one or more of the following areas:
language teaching methodology, teaching English as a Foreign Language to
young learners, or pedagogical grammar.
Academic Qualifications: M.A. in TESOL, English Linguistics or a related
field; evidence of scholarship potential in one or more of the following
areas: language teaching methodology, teacher education, pedagogical
linguistics, or second language acquisition.
