Pinyin Builder is a free application that correctly formats pinyin and
automatically inserts the pinyin into documents. It is simple to use
allowing for all methods of data entry and complies with the rules for Tone
Marking of  Romanised Characters. All Tone marks are included and it is
available from Language Power. http://www.language-power.cn
