Meeting Description:
The research group Generative Initiatives in Syntactic Theory (GIST) is organizing a four-day mini-course on Minimalism in Ghent from 18-21 January 2010. Our invited lecturer is Prof. David Adger from Queen Mary, University of London.
The provisional course programme is as follows:
-18 January, 2-5pm: Features and Feature Systems and Agree
-19 January, 10am-1pm: Kinds of Merge
-20 January, 10am-1pm: Syntax and Morphology
-21 January, 10am-1pm: Phrasal Architecture and Interpretation
The lectures will take place at Ghent University, Rozier 44, room D.0.22.
Participation is free, but we would ask you to register by sending an email to karen.declercq at ugent.be before 5 January 2010.
