Meeting Description: 

The GREG is a research group in macro- and micro-linguistics included in the
CREA research team at the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense
(France). Through a multi-modal approach to language (Theory of Enunciative
Operations, pragmatics, cognitive grammar, translation studies,
sociolinguistics, language acquisition, stylistics), the GREG aims at
formalizing patterns of meaning construction through contextual analyses of
linguistic markers in various types of corpora. 

The GREG Workshop 2009 wishes to investigate and discuss the possibility to
define paradigms of contextual variables involved in stabilizing reference on
the basis of the core functions of polyvalent markers. The GREG Workshop 2009
will take place at the University of Paris Nanterre, room B016, free access.

Presentations will be made in French.
