Tasks / responsibilities:
- Analysis and management of requirements
- Design, implementation and test of new and improved speech dialog components
- Design and implementation of script languages and parsers for semantic
interpretation
- Dialog engine quality assurance
- Creation and maintenance of documentation

Qualification and skills required:
- Masters degree in Computer Science with computational linguistic
background or related field
- 3+ years experience in software product development
- Excellent programming in C and C++, Java expertise is a strong plus
- Highly structured approach to software development
- Experience in speech dialog or multimodal systems
- Profound knowledge in:
     +Parser technologies (Chart-, CKY- and Early parser, parse forest)
     +Development and usage of script languages (Yacc, Flex/Lex, ANTLR,
Lua, JavaScript)
     +Heuristic search (Viterbi, A-Star)
- Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence is a plus
- Ability to design and implement software in a strongly
platform-independent way

- Creativity and capability to understand new technologies and topics
- High quality standards
- Good knowledge of English and German
- Willingness to relocate to Munich, Germany
