Call For Papers

We invite papers of original research in all areas of linguistics and for a
special session on sign language linguistics. Presentations will be 20 
minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion.

Deadline for abstract submission: August 30, 2010
Submit abstracts online:  http://linguistlist.org/confcustom/MLS2010

Guidelines for abstract submission:
-Word limit: 500 words (including title and examples but excluding 
references)
-Indicate word count at the bottom of the abstract.
-File format: .pdf, .doc or .txt
-Name your file using an abbreviated version of your abstract title.
-Abstracts will be reviewed anonymously. Remove all author information 
from the file.
-Author information (name, affiliation, email address) will be required on the
submission website.
-An author may submit up to two abstracts (at least one joint paper).
-For joint abstracts, we will use the first author as the contact person.

Acceptance notification will be sent September 24, 2010
