Call For Papers

Proposals are invited for papers on the following questions or similar topics 
relevant to the theme of the conference: 

a) How to combine the pragmatic and cognitive approaches to language? 
b) What do pragmatic approaches have to say about linguistic systems? 
c) Is cognitive linguistics interested in the general principles of human 
cognition or in the detailed analysis of linguistic structures? 
d) How to match linguistic systems to cognitive processes? Are there useful 
models? 
e) How does neuroscience of language inform the research on linguistic 
interaction? 

All abstracts should be limited to one page (A4 size), using single-spaced 
Times New Roman font. An additional page may be used for references. 

Paper presentations will be 20 minutes long, followed by a 10-minute 
discussion period.
