a) Snippets is now accepting submissions continuously and b) the journal
has changed its e-mail address to snippetsjournal at gmail.com. 

Apart from these two developments, our policy remains the same: we will
respond to submissions within three months of their receipt; we will
publish issues twice a year on the journal website
