The Journal of Language & Translation (ISSN 1598-6381) is placing this call for
papers for the Spring 2011 issue. The journal is concerned with a wide variety of
areas in translation theory and practice including cultural and literary translation,
translation process and problems, natural language processing, translation and
equivalence, dictionaries and grammars for translation, translation and
semantics, and translation vs. interpreting. Papers on other topics will be given
careful consideration; email inquiries to the Editor (info below). Papers are
peer reviewed. The JL&T is published BOTH in paper and online forms in the
spring and fall of each year. Format: the language of publication is English, and
the format is essentially Chicago Style. See www.unish.org for further details.
The length of the manuscript should not exceed 45 pages. A 200-word abstract
should be given at the beginning of each manuscript followed by several key
words. Submissions: email submissions are preferred. Kindly send the paper in
MS Word (.doc or .docx) format to David Hindman, Managing Editor, at both of
the following emails: english at sejong.ac.kr and aletheia3 at yahoo.com.
