We'd like to remind readers that the responses to queries are usually
best posted to the individual asking the question. That individual is
then strongly encouraged to post a summary to the list. This policy was
instituted to help control the huge volume of mail on LINGUIST; so we
would appreciate your cooperating with it whenever it seems appropriate.
In addition to posting a summary, we'd like to remind people that it
is usually a good idea to personally thank those individuals who have
taken the trouble to respond to the query.
To post to LINGUIST, use our convenient web form at

Dear LINGUIST community,
I am studying the use of French and Arabic in Tunisia and Morocco as
heard by native speakers of Tunisian and Moroccan Arabic who also
speak French fluently. For this study, a part of my MA thesis, I am in
need of native speakers of these two dialects who are at least 18 years
old.
I am carrying out a survey of these speakers by internet in order to
learn their opinions on certain recorded sentences. Completing the
survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. The survey requires
access to a computer with internet, preferably with headphones, or
else with speakers.
If you could forward this information on to anyone you know who is
from Tunisia or Morocco, and complete the survey if you are, I would
appreciate it greatly.
The survey is country-specific and can be found at the sites below:

If you have any questions about the survey or my project in general, I
invite you to contact me at bekipost at mail.utexas.edu.
Thank you in advance for your assistance on this project,
