A significant body of research in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology is related to Computational Linguistics and NLP. The biomedical domain includes the largest literature data-based of all sciences (Medline which contains more than 20 million abstracts for biomedical articles from 5000 selected publications).

Call for paper for Biomedical Text Mining {within BICOB-2012}.

We seek contributions in the form of research papers in the biomedical text mining, biomedical WSD, medical Named Entity Recognition, biomedical document clustering and Classification, other related topics.
