Description:
Applications are invited for a position in Linguistics with a specialization
in the area of language acquisition/psycholinguistics at the rank of
Assistant Professor, effective July 1, 2013. A PhD in Linguistics is
required. Applicants must have a strong research record and
publications, and demonstrated excellence in teaching. Applicants
should be prepared to teach a range of courses in language acquisition
and psycholinguistics, and lower-level courses in syntax or phonology
from a generative grammar perspective. The successful candidate will
also be expected to contribute to the Graduate Program in Linguistics
and Applied Linguistics.
Salaries will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. All
