Meeting Description:

The 8th International Symposium on Chinese Spoken Language Processing (ISCSLP-2012) will be held during December 5-8, 2012 in Hong Kong. ISCSLP is a biennial conference for scientists, researchers, and practitioners to report and discuss the latest progress in all theoretical and technological aspects of spoken language processing.

About the Venue:

Hong Kong, better known as the Pearl of the Orient, is a vibrant cosmopolitan city where the East meets the West. Shopping, dining, sightseeing, as well as world-class events and attractions are all conveniently available within a short distance. While the Chinese language is emphasized, works on other languages that may be applied to Chinese speech and language are also encouraged. The working language of ISCSLP is English. Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length, four-page papers for presentation in any of the areas listed above. All papers will be handled and reviewed electronically. The ISCSLP-2012 also invites proposals of special sessions and welcomes exhibitions of products and demos of research prototypes within the areas relevant to the conference. Please refer to respective pages in our website for details of their submission procedure.
