Greetings Linguists!
The October 2012 issue of Speculative Grammarian—the premier scholarly journal featuring research in the neglected field of satirical linguistics—is now available online for your browsing pleasure.
http://SpecGram.com/CLXV.4/
The editors and publishers of Speculative Grammarian are pleased to announce that another issue of our venerable journal is now available. This issue includes many excellent articles, including an earth-shattering first look into a SpecGram time capsule, the momentous birth of a new writing system, and the continued regeneration of things you didn't know you didn't know—along with the usual collection of letters from our readers, political news, puzzles, advertisements, and more...
Next time (late November 2012), we will have another all-new issue of Speculative Grammarian.
NB: For the remainder of 2012, new issues of Speculative Grammarian will be spaced approximately a month and ten days apart, so that the editors and interns may prepare for the Linguistic Doomsday, and spend more quality time with their friends and family. The next issue will appear on or around November 20th, unless Doomsday comes early.
Enjoy!
