Meeting Description:

CHALLENGES is an ongoing series of conferences organized by the English Department at Purkyne University (UJEP). The main aim of the conference is to share current views, new trends, innovative ideas and experience in foreign language teaching and teacher education. 

The plenaries will be held by internationally renowned researchers.

A selection of accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

Call for Papers:

We welcome proposals relevant to applied linguistics & education, ELT methodology, cultural studies and literary studies. Further, we encourage submissions from graduate students whose research and practice fall broadly under the cover terms of ELT, TESL/TEFL, and applied linguistics as well as cultural and literary studies.
