Scholars taking different linguistic approaches to study language and aging rarely get to talk with each other. In this one-day workshop, we bring together scholars conducting studies of social interaction in healthy and in individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease as well as those conducting studies of language-task abilities that change with aging (and its concomitant health issues) and/or Alzheimer’s Disease.

Call for Papers:

We are seeking abstracts for poster presentations from all scholars who are doing research in this field, including doctoral students and post-docs. Since we are interested in future directions for research, it is acceptable to present a poster on research that is not completed for which you include the research questions and methods.
