Description:

Appen Butler Hill, Inc., is seeking a voice coach who is a native speaker of
Japanese to monitor the quality of studio voice recordings. The successful
candidate will have a BA in linguistics (MA preferred) with expertise in
phonetics, as well as excellent knowledge of the phonetics and phonology of
Japanese. The candidate must have a “coach” personality, able to work closely
with voice talent to get the best results. In-studio experience is a plus.

Work will be done in-studio in Tokyo, Japan, 5 days per week, 4 to 5 hours per
day, for a contract duration of 13 weeks. Relocation assistance may be
available for the qualified candidate.
