Eberhard Karls University Tübingen offers 12 PhD Scholarships (65%) from
October 1, 2013 in the interdisciplinary Research Training Group (RTG) 1808
“Ambiguity: Production and Perception.”
The 12 doctoral student positions are available for two years (with the
possibility of one additional year). The RTG and funding will start October 1,
2013. Salary in accordance with the DFG rates of TV-L E13, 65%.
Participating Disciplines:
English Literary Studies, English Linguistics, German Literary Studies, German
Linguistics
(Psycholinguistics), Legal Studies, Classical Philology, Media Studies,
Psychology, General
Rhetoric, Romance Linguistics, Protestant Theology (New Testament).
Doctoral students will enjoy excellent conditions in an interdisciplinary
environment
and will participate in a systematically structured curriculum, comprising
projectoriented
guidance in small teams as well as activities of the entire Research Training
Group, including a practice-based programme. A visiting researcher programme
will
enhance international cooperation and exchange.
