University of Ulster, School of Communication: Lecturer in Language and Linguistics

Salary:  £32,285 - £45,967				  
Base: Jordanstown, Northern Ireland

Based in the School of Communication, the postholder will engage in teaching
on undergraduate and masters programmes in Language and Linguistics. While
applicants with demonstrable expertise in one or more of the following areas
of linguistics - sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, phonetics, phonology,
semantics or language acquisition - are encouraged to apply, preference may be
given to applicants with a successful track record of securing research
funding. The appointee will have appropriate research outputs at 3*/4* level
eligible for inclusion in REF 2014, possibly as an early career researcher.
