Meeting Description:
Computer-assisted Language Learning (CALL) addresses the study of computers and information technology in language teaching and learning. In the era of globalization and cross-cultural communications, CALL research has received much attention from linguists, educators, and computer scientists. CALL is inherently an interdisciplinary domain and represents an exemplary synergy of language, information, and computation. The theme of the workshop is Corpora and Language Learning. Discussions on English, Chinese or other Asian languages are particularly welcome.

Call for Papers:
Deadline for abstract submissions: June 24, 2013

An abstract of 2 pages (excluding the title, references, and author affiliations) should be submitted. The deadline for abstract submissions is June 24, 2013. Submissions must be made through http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=paclic27. Authors whose abstracts are accepted should submit full papers of 6-8 pages. Please use the templates for PACLIC 27 conference papers. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be digitally archived in the ACL Anthology (http://aclweb.org/anthology-new/). PACLIC proceedings are indexed in Scopus.
