Dear Colleagues,

can you recommend any freely available soundfiles playing a gradual, stepwise transition from one sound/phoneme to another, and then the same in the reverse order? For instance, starting with a 100% clear-cut /p/, then after an interval a 90% /p/ and 10% /b/, then an 80% /p/ and 20% /b/ and so on until a 100% /b/, and then the same sequence in the reverse order? It may be /p/-/b/, /a/-/e/, monosyllabic minimal pair words, etc., as long as there is the gradual transition and both orders. Purpose: illustrating phase transition and hysteresis effects.
