Your profile:
- You are studying foreign languages, linguistics, translation, tourism or similar at university
- You are looking for an internship in an international environment for a period of 6-12 months 
and will be an enrolled student throughout the internship period
- You have excellent oral and written language skills in one of our target markets (English, 
French, Dutch, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Czech ,Russian) (level C2/ CEFR)
- You are proficient in German (level C1/ CEFR). You are interested in the travel industry, 
internet trends and technology, which helps you to quickly understand and apply new 
processes
- You enjoy working in an international and intercultural environment. You are a team player 
and highly committed to your work


Description:
Your tasks:
You will actively support our translation team in a large variety of tasks and
participate in the international growth of HolidayCheck. You will have the
opportunity to work independently on projects after a short introduction
period.

Your main tasks will include:
- Supporting our international websites and localizing our content
- Driving progress in our machine translations, providing analysis and valuable feedback
to further plan and realize new projects throughout the International Department
- Continuous training of our translation engines
- Conducting and monitoring frequent machine translation projects
- Expanding our terminology database
- Data management
- Proof reading and post editing machine translated texts
- Communicating with stakeholders and coordinating external partners
- Supporting current projects
