Meeting Description:

The 34th Annual Siouan and Caddoan Languages Conference will take place at the
University of Wisconsin-Madison May 23-25, 2014. The Siouan and Caddoan
Languages Conference is for anyone interested in the languages of the Siouan
and Caddoan linguistic families. The conference has been held annually since
1981.


Call for Papers:

The organizers of the 34th Siouan and Caddoan Languages Conference invite submissions for papers to be presented at the conference, to be held Friday-Sunday, May 23-25 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The conference is devoted to presentations and discussions related to the Siouan and Caddoan language families.  While all submissions related to the Siouan and Caddoan languages are welcome, submissions that relate to the teaching and revitalization of Siouan and Caddoan languages are especially encouraged.

Abstracts, including data, should be at most one page, with one-inch margins and 12-point font. A second page may be included for references. Abstracts should be submitted online via Easy Abs: http://linguistlist.org/confcustom/SCLC34. The deadline for submission is 12 am CST on Sunday, March 23.
