Valbin Corporation is currently recruiting for CAT II & CAT III Linguist in the following languages:
- Arabic (Iraqi, Modern Standard & Yemen)
- Pashtu
- Dari
- Persian (Farsi)
- Uzbek
- Somali
- Urdu

Position Summary: This position is contingent upon Task Order Award estimated Summer of 2014

The Linguist will support a Task Order (TO) to deliver accurate written gists, translations and/or transcriptions of aural, videotape, and/or other sources from one language into another language, with the meaning and intent of the original source preserved. The Linguist will also provide interpretation between English and one of the languages listed above providing cultural and ethnic significance.

Required Qualifications
- Holds an active Secret, Top Secret, or Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance
- A minimum ILR score of a 3 in the respective source language and in English for Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing 

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- Holds an active INSCOM Counter Intelligence (CI) Screening
