Description:

We are currently looking for associate faculty (adjunct) with a PhD or Master’s in Linguistics or Applied Linguistics. We are looking for candidates with experience in teaching computational linguistics, second language acquisition, communicative disorder, phonology, morphology, semantics, morphology, syntax, and/or sociolinguistics. 

Essential Job Duties:
- Posting faculty guidance and expectations 
- Participating in classroom discussion boards 
- Grading assignments and responding to student inquiries 
- Providing timely feedback to students’ questions and concerns 
- Place a strong emphasis on student-centered learning 
- Collaborates with other University departments to ensure a positive overall experience for all University students

Minimum Requirements:
- Hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited school 
- Excellent written communication skills 
- Proficiency in common internet tools, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
- Interest and commitment to teaching in an online environment 

Education:
- Must possess a PhD or M.A. in Linguistics or Applied Linguistics from a regionally accredited university.
