Special issue on Metaphor Research, the English Language Research (ELR)
Journal

The ELR Journal has recently been relaunched at the University of Birmingham
and welcomes submissions from postgraduate researchers and early career
academics. It is a journal committed to free online access, while maintaining
high levels of academic rigour and originality. 

The editorial team is pleased to invite papers focusing on metaphor research
to be included in the forthcoming special issue of the ELR Journal. We would
