We are pleased to announce that the 4th Rzeszów Anglistentag organized as a joint venture by the Committee for Philology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Wrocław Branch, Poland, the Institute of English Studies, The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Poland and the Institute of English Studies, University of Rzeszów, Poland will be held within the premises of the Institute of English Studies, University of Rzeszów on:

9-10 October 2015

Call for Papers:

Continuing the tradition of the first three conferences, we would like to encourage the widest possible response. Hence, paper proposals we hope and expect to receive may be related to all areas of theoretical and applied linguistics, such as, among others, morphology, semantics, phonology, pragmatics, language history, translation studies, teaching methodology. 

Papers:

Participants are invited to submit proposals for 20-minute presentations. Abstracts of maximum 100-150 words should be submitted by 31 January 2015, pasted into the registration form provided, to konferencja.ifa.ur at gmail.com in BOTH .rtf and .doc formats. All proposals will be reviewed by the organizing committee. Participants will be notified of acceptance and receive article format instructions by 28 February 2015.

Full versions of the articles (10-12 pages, approximately 20,000 characters including spaces, footnotes and references) should be submitted to the above address (konferencja.ifa.ur at gmail.com) by 1 July 2015. A selected number of papers will appear in a reviewed volume published either by the Committee for Philology of the Polish Academy of Sciences Publishing House or the University of Rzeszów Publishing House towards the end of the winter semester of the academic year 2015-2016. Those authors whose articles are not accepted for the book publication will have the opportunity to submit their texts for publication in the 2016 issue of Studia Anglica Resoviensia, electronic edition, subject to positive reviews by SAR reviewers. 

We also warmly invite non-speaking participants.
