Description:
Pending budgetary approval, the University of Pittsburgh, Department of
Linguistics, invites applications for a one-year non-tenure track visiting
assistant/associate professor position beginning September 1st, 2015.
Applicants for this position must have solid training in Second Language
Acquisition and/or TESOL. Knowledge of Spanish is desirable as is demonstrated
teaching ability in one or more core areas (morphology, syntax, phonology,
phonetics), at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Applicants should submit a letter of application, a current CV (including a
list of funded research if applicable), three letters of reference, a
statement of research and teaching interests, copies/offprints of written
work, and teaching evaluations (if available).

January 31st, 2015. Selected applicants will be invited for interviews via
